Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale robust backend systems using Elixir to power our next generation workforce management platform.
Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate complex operational challenges into elegant technical solutions.
Write clean, well tested, and maintainable code that handles high concurrency and real time data streams smoothly.
Participate in architectural discussions and code reviews to elevate engineering standards across the entire department.
Troubleshoot production issues quickly and implement proactive measures to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience building distributed systems and production applications with Elixir and OTP.
Strong understanding of functional programming paradigms and concurrent system design.
A proven track record of shipping complex software products in fast paced startup environments.
Comfort working asynchronously as part of a distributed, global team with strong written communication skills.
Genuine enthusiasm for solving difficult real world problems that impact the everyday lives of frontline workers.
