Overview

As a Senior Software Engineer focusing on our compliance systems, you will architect and deliver AI-first surfaces that transform how our teams operate. You will bridge the gap between custom internal development and powerful third-party integrations. Expect to tackle challenging technical problems head-on while collaborating with sharp teammates who refuse to settle for good enough.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust end-to-end user-facing features using modern languages like Golang.
Build intelligent, AI-first applications and internal tools that radically streamline compliance operations.
Integrate third-party services seamlessly into our proprietary enterprise architecture.
Drive automation initiatives that multiply the productivity and effectiveness of our compliance agents.
Write clean, scalable code and participate actively in code reviews to maintain our exceptionally high engineering bar.

Requirements

Strong professional background in software engineering with a proven track record of shipping complex applications.
Proficiency in backend development using Golang alongside modern frontend technologies.
Experience building or integrating AI-driven features and enterprise tools.
A deep passion for financial technology and our core mission of increasing global economic freedom.
