Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale robust backend services that power enterprise-grade AI agents operating inside real-world contact center environments.
Integrate advanced conversational AI models with complex, legacy enterprise systems and third-party APIs.
Collaborate closely with machine learning researchers, product managers, and frontend engineers to translate cutting-edge AI research into production-ready software.
Ensure high availability, low latency, and rock-solid security across all agent integration pipelines.
Drive engineering best practices through code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical mentorship.

Requirements

Strong background in backend software engineering with proficiency in languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
Demonstrated experience building and scaling distributed systems in production cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Familiarity with asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, and API design for enterprise integrations.
A genuine passion for artificial intelligence, large language models, and autonomous agents.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative remote team.
