Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer on our Agentic Customer Platform team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing this transformative vision to life. Your day to day will involve a mix of strategic design and hands on implementation, covering several key areas:

Design, develop, test, and deploy highly scalable, fault tolerant software solutions for our cutting edge agentic platform.
Architect and implement core components that understand operational context, interpret data streams, and orchestrate automated actions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to define requirements, refine specifications, and deliver impactful features.
Drive technical excellence, advocating for best practices in code quality, system reliability, and operational efficiency.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to more junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Participate in on call rotations to ensure the stability and performance of our critical systems.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced engineer who is passionate about solving complex problems and building resilient, intelligent systems:

You have 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on building scalable backend services.
Proficient in at least one modern programming language such as Python, Go, Java, or C++.
Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems, microservices architectures, and event driven patterns.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of database systems, both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., Cassandra, DynamoDB).
Experience with data processing pipelines or real time analytics is a significant plus.
A strong grasp of software engineering best practices, including testing, code reviews, and deployment strategies.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience working in a remote capacity, demonstrating strong self motivation and effective communication.
