Key Responsibilities

Design and Deliver Robust Software: You will design, build, and operate software that is reliable, scalable, and maintainable, ensuring it stands the test of time.
End-to-End Ownership: Take features and systems from initial technical design through to successful production deployment, ensuring a smooth and effective rollout.
System Enhancement: Continuously work to improve system performance, enhance reliability, and refine the overall developer experience.
Quality Advocacy: Elevate the quality of our codebase through the implementation of thoughtful engineering practices and rigorous standards.
Technical Leadership: Lead complex technical initiatives, guiding them from an ambiguous problem statement to a successful, impactful delivery.
Architectural Stewardship: Make critical architectural decisions, carefully balancing immediate execution needs with long-term sustainability goals.
Drive Best Practices: Facilitate technical discussions and actively contribute to establishing and evolving our engineering best practices.
