We’re changing that by enabling our users to pay rent throughout the month on a schedule that better fits their finances and budget. Key Responsibilities

Own Quality Assurance: Take charge of test automation and quality efforts for entire product areas or major features, ensuring robust and reliable releases.
Architect Automation Solutions: Design, develop, and optimize advanced automation frameworks that enhance efficiency and coverage across our systems.
Lead Test Strategy: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for complex, high scale financial systems, covering functional, performance, security, and regression testing.
Drive Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, software engineers, and other stakeholders across teams to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Mentor and Guide: Share your knowledge and experience, mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Champion Engineering Excellence: Play a critical role in shaping the future of our engineering practices, advocating for best in class quality processes and tools.

Requirements

Extensive experience as a Senior SDET or in a similar lead quality assurance engineering role, ideally within a FinTech or high growth technology environment.
Proven ability to architect, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from the ground up.
Strong proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Go) used for test automation.
Deep understanding of software development methodologies, testing principles, and quality assurance best practices.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and integrating automated tests into these workflows.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of driving quality initiatives and fostering a quality first mindset.
Excellent problem solving abilities and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams in a remote setting.
