Overview

Feeld operates with a tight-knit engineering and product organization of around fifty people spread out across Europe and the United States. You will embed yourself within small and autonomous product squads. Because the team spans multiple time zones without relying on a full follow-the-sun model, bringing strong observability practices to the table will be essential for keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain highly scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure that supports a rapidly growing consumer mobile application.
Drive observability initiatives forward so teams can quickly detect, debug, and resolve issues across distributed systems.
Collaborate closely with product squads to ensure new features deploy smoothly and securely without sacrificing system stability.
Automate deployment pipelines and routine operational tasks to minimize manual overhead and human error.
Participate in incident response rotations and help foster a proactive culture around systems reliability and post-mortems.

Requirements

Extensive professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a closely related DevOps role within high-growth tech environments.
Deep hands-on expertise with modern cloud infrastructure providers and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Strong background in implementing robust monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across distributed international teams.
Passion for building safe and inclusive digital spaces while supporting high-traffic consumer applications.
