Key Responsibilities

Define critical requirements throughout the product lifecycle, significantly influencing new designs and establishing high standards for our systems.
Provide strong technical leadership, mentorship, and motivation to project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Architect, implement, and maintain Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in close collaboration with engineering teams, ensuring top-tier service delivery.
Drive the adoption of automation strategies to streamline operations, reduce manual toil, and enhance system reliability.
Champion operational excellence across our compute infrastructure and services, ensuring stability, performance, and efficiency.
Engage deeply with customer-facing applications and infrastructure, offering expert support and ensuring their seamless operation.
Apply creative thinking and deep domain expertise in Linux, hardware, and performance tuning to solve complex problems and optimize system performance.

Requirements

Significant professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or a related field, with a proven track record in a leadership or senior capacity.
Demonstrated expertise and deep domain knowledge in Linux operating systems, hardware architecture, and performance tuning methodologies.
A passionate interest in cutting-edge technologies and a strong drive to tackle challenging system problems head-on.
A self-starting professional who thrives in dynamic environments and can effectively drive projects from conception to completion.
