Overview of the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior SEO Specialist with deep expertise across technical SEO, content strategy, and performance analytics. You will take complete ownership of SEO strategy and its execution, collaborating closely with content creators, development teams, and broader marketing efforts to deliver impressive, measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, meticulously designed to dramatically increase organic visibility and traffic for our clients.
Conduct advanced keyword research, thoroughly aligning findings with core business objectives and precise user search intent.
Lead on-page and technical SEO audits, identifying critical issues and implementing effective, data-driven solutions for site architecture, crawlability, indexing, and mobile optimization.
Drive the creation and optimization of high-quality, SEO-friendly content through close, proactive collaboration with content and marketing teams.
Monitor, meticulously analyze, and regularly report on SEO performance, leveraging a full suite of tools including Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other industry-leading platforms.
Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging industry trends, proactively adjusting strategies to maintain and enhance competitive advantage.
Perform thorough competitor analysis to identify untapped opportunities and inform robust strategic planning.
Educate internal and client teams on SEO best practices and clearly articulate the profound impact of organic search on business growth.

Requirements

Extensive experience (typically 5+ years) in a dedicated SEO role, with a significant portion spent in a senior or lead capacity.
Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO, encompassing site audits, schema markup implementation, Core Web Vitals optimization, and server-side SEO considerations.
A strong background in developing and successfully implementing content strategies that consistently drive organic growth and engagement.
Proficiency with leading SEO tools, including but not limited to SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
Solid understanding of web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, particularly as they relate to SEO performance.
Exceptional analytical skills, coupled with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
