Key Responsibilities

Manage and triage the EMEA security questionnaire queue efficiently to ensure rapid responses for prospective and current enterprise customers.
Handle detailed vendor risk assessments and communicate Smartsheet security postures with absolute clarity.
Partner directly with regional sales teams to unblock deals by addressing sophisticated security and compliance inquiries.
Navigate regional data protection nuances including GDPR and various sector-specific compliance frameworks effortlessly.
Build enduring relationships of trust with enterprise clients by speaking their language and anticipating their security priorities.

Requirements

Deep experience in information security, compliance, or a customer-facing trust and risk role.
Strong working knowledge of European data protection regulations, GDPR, and common security frameworks.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical controls to non-technical audiences.
