Overview

In this role, you will act as the driving force behind how our engineering and product teams plan, build, and ship amazing features. You are not just facilitating meetings. You are coaching teams toward high performance, tearing down roadblocks, and partnering directly with engineering leaders. Beyond your immediate squads, you will help champion agile best practices across the entire company while mentoring junior agile talent along the way.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and backlog refinement meetings.
Coach cross-functional product squads on agile principles, self-organization, and continuous delivery.
Identify and proactively remove operational bottlenecks that slow down development velocity.
Collaborate closely with product managers and tech leads to ensure clear scope, alignment, and predictable delivery.
Track and report key agile metrics to help squads continuously improve their output and health.
Contribute to the broader agile community at FlyAkeed by establishing company-wide standards and mentoring newer practitioners.

Requirements

Strong professional background guiding software development teams as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Deep working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks in fast-paced product environments.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills with a natural ability to resolve conflicts.
A proactive mindset focused on unblocking teams and driving measurable results.
Comfort working asynchronously in a fully remote environment with team members across different time zones.
