This critical role places you at the helm of our product roadmap. You will work hand-in-hand with our CEO and engineering leadership, defining and shipping groundbreaking products that will undoubtedly create entirely new categories within the Salesforce ecosystem. We are currently at a pivotal moment, with AI-driven DevOps (powered by Agentforce), agent-aware governance, zero-trust security orchestration, and intelligent data lifecycle management rapidly transforming the Salesforce landscape. We need a product leader who possesses foresight, understands the direction of this evolving space, and has both the conviction and the execution prowess to ensure we lead the way.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the product roadmap for Flosum's comprehensive platform, influencing future innovations in DevSecOps, Data Protection, and Security on Salesforce.
Collaborate directly with the CEO and engineering leadership to translate market needs and strategic vision into tangible product features and enhancements.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for differentiation within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring clear communication and alignment across engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
Act as a subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, guiding product development with deep knowledge of its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
Champion a data-driven approach, using analytics and customer feedback to iterate on product features and measure success.
Proactively explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies, including AI, into our platform to anticipate future demands and set new industry standards.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, demonstrating a profound understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and its various clouds.
Proven track record in product ownership or product management, particularly with enterprise-grade software or platforms.
Deep familiarity with DevSecOps principles, data protection strategies, and security best practices relevant to the Salesforce environment.
Ability to articulate a clear product vision and strategy, coupled with the practical skills to execute on that vision from concept to launch.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership, engineering teams, and external stakeholders.
A strategic thinker who can identify market shifts, anticipate future trends, and proactively develop solutions.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving challenges.
Experience with or a strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and their applications within DevOps or data management is highly advantageous.
