Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our global market reach.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle from initial outreach to closing strategic partnerships.
Collaborate closely with internal product and marketing teams to align sales strategies with user needs.
Represent BitMEX at major industry events and build a robust network within the Web3 ecosystem.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify fresh revenue streams.

Requirements

Four to seven years of proven experience in sales or business development within the fintech or crypto sector.
Deep understanding of crypto derivatives, spot trading, and perpetual swaps.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting quotas.
Self motivated mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast paced remote environment.
Strong existing network of industry contacts is a major plus.
