Overview

The Senior SI&OP Manager is a pivotal role, responsible for developing, owning, and facilitating a monthly, best-in-class SI&OP process. Your work will directly contribute to the profitable growth of TE Connectivity’s Sensors business. You will be a key partner, collaborating closely with Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams. Together, you will craft and implement consensus plans that expertly balance supply and demand, ultimately achieving our ambitious targets for inventory, margin, asset utilization, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Define, develop, and continually refine a top-tier SI&OP process, encompassing product, demand, supply, reconciliation, and critical executive reviews.
Present comprehensive monthly cycle outcomes, outlining key assumptions, proposed actions, and strategic recommendations to our Executive team.
Lead or facilitate a variety of monthly sub-tier SI&OP meetings, tailored for specific regions and sites, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
Diligently track and report on previous cycle outcomes, assessing their effectiveness and recommending precise actions to optimize future plans.
Extract and deliver actionable insights from detailed data and trend analysis, proactively identifying both opportunities for growth and potential risks.
Ensure the timely and accurate loading of plans into our ERP system, maintaining data integrity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

To excel in this fully remote, worldwide role, you will bring a robust blend of experience and leadership:

Demonstrated extensive experience in Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) within a complex manufacturing or global supply chain environment.
Proven ability to lead, develop, and continuously improve best-in-class SI&OP processes.
Exceptional analytical skills, with a keen eye for identifying trends, opportunities, and potential risks from diverse datasets.
Strong leadership and facilitation capabilities, comfortable guiding cross-functional teams and presenting to executive leadership.
Solid understanding of ERP systems and experience ensuring data integrity for planning purposes.
A collaborative spirit, with the ability to build strong partnerships across Sales, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate complex plans and recommendations clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
