Overview

As a Senior SDR on this team, you will bridge the gap between heavy-hitting outbound prospecting and strategic deal closing. You will partner directly with high-growth companies to show them how custom AI systems can scale their revenue. Huzzle places you directly as a core team member with our client, meaning you get true ownership, massive impact, and a clear path for long-term career growth without the typical outsourcing red tape.

Key Responsibilities

Execute creative outbound campaigns using email, phone, and social channels to target C-level executives.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads rigorously to ensure high-value pipeline generation.
Run discovery calls and actively contribute to closing deals rather than just booking initial meetings.
Collaborate with the founding team to refine messaging, ICP definitions, and outreach strategies.
Maintain accurate CRM data and forecast your pipeline with high precision.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in outbound sales, preferably within SaaS, tech, or AI sectors.
A closer mindset with the ability to lead discovery and talk strategy with business owners.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable thriving in a fast-paced startup environment.
