Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: You will fully own the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial client intake meetings to successful candidate placement, ensuring exceptional alignment between candidates and client needs.
Strategic Sourcing & Candidate Engagement: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive candidates for diverse digital, creative, and marketing roles, among other potential verticals. Engage with candidates in a compelling and professional manner, representing both Bamboo Works and our clients effectively.
Thorough Candidate Assessment & Matchmaking: Conduct in-depth interviews and evaluations, moving beyond resumes to assess skills, experience, cultural fit, and long-term potential. Present well-vetted, high-quality candidate shortlists to clients with comprehensive summaries and insights.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing market insights, managing expectations, and ensuring a seamless, positive experience throughout the hiring process.
Process Improvement & Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our recruitment processes, tools, and best practices. Contribute ideas and solutions to scale our operations effectively while maintaining our high standards.
Data-Driven Approach: Utilize recruitment metrics and data to inform strategies, track progress, and continually optimize your effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

You bring at least 7 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for experience within an agency or RPO environment.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting for digital, creative, and marketing roles is essential. Experience across other specialized verticals will be a significant advantage.
Exceptional ability to source, screen, and assess candidates for remote roles across various time zones and cultures.
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to candidates and clients alike.
Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
A proactive, self-starter mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. You thrive in an autonomous, remote work setting.
Comfortable working primarily aligned with Philippine working hours, while appreciating the inherent flexibility of a global remote role.
Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools and platforms.
