Key Responsibilities

Own the entire full-cycle recruiting process across the company, from initial outreach to successful onboarding.
Focus primarily on attracting, assessing, and hiring top-tier talent in engineering, data science, and AI/ML.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic guidance throughout the hiring process.
Enhance our employer brand and candidate experience, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
Help build and scale our recruiting operations, implementing best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the final stages of the hiring journey.

Requirements

Proven track record as a Senior Recruiter, with extensive experience in full-cycle technical recruiting.
Demonstrated success hiring for challenging roles in engineering, data science, and AI/ML within a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional ability to identify, engage, and close high-caliber candidates globally.
Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and talent acquisition tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with diverse candidates and stakeholders.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth company is highly desirable.
