In this fully remote opportunity available worldwide, you will partner directly with a rapidly growing client operating in the dynamic podcast and digital media space. This position blends full-cycle talent acquisition with essential people operations work, giving you the chance to shape both hiring strategies and the everyday employee experience from day one.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across multiple functions while delivering an exceptional candidate journey.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define precise role requirements, expectations, and hiring timelines.
- Coordinate comprehensive onboarding activities including new hire documentation and system access provisioning.
- Support core HR processes such as maintaining employee records, managing compliance documentation, and coordinating internal policies.
- Maintain impeccably accurate candidate and employee data within our Applicant Tracking Systems and HR platforms.
- Act as a primary point of contact for all recruitment-related questions and light HR inquiries.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter or in a hybrid talent acquisition and HR role.
- Strong familiarity with the digital media or podcasting landscape is a wonderful bonus.
- Comfort working within the EST time zone or maintaining strong daily overlap with EST business hours.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, fully remote global environment.
