Key Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Talent Attraction: Proactively identify, engage, and attract top-tier candidates for a diverse range of roles across various industries, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and platforms.
Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Own the entire recruitment process from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Candidate Assessment & Interviewing: Conduct thorough screenings and in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Client & Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to understand specific hiring needs, provide market insights, and offer strategic guidance.
Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, leveraging CRM and ATS systems effectively.
Market Research & Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.
Mentorship & Best Practices: Share expertise and contribute to the development of junior recruiters, promoting best practices in recruitment.

Requirements

Proven Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency or RPO environment.
Remote Work Proficiency: Demonstrated success working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setup.
Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for engaging candidates and clients effectively across different time zones.
Strategic Sourcing Expertise: Proficient in leveraging various sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks.
ATS/CRM Fluency: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
Problem-Solving Acumen: A proactive and resourceful approach to overcoming recruitment challenges.
