The Role

Key Responsibilities

Prepare precise cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documentation.

Collaborate with design teams to review architectural and MEP drawings, ensuring alignment between project specifications and contract conditions.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in quantity surveying, with a solid track record in both residential and commercial projects.
Certification: Active membership in relevant professional quantity surveying or construction bodies.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantity takeoff tools, BIM, and advanced surveying software.
