Key Responsibilities

As a senior guardian of product quality, you will guide our engineering squads toward shipping resilient software. On any given week, you will focus on several vital priorities

Design, build, and maintain scalable automated testing frameworks across our web and mobile applications
Perform exploratory testing on complex financial transaction pipelines to uncover subtle edge cases
Partner closely with product managers and software developers early in the sprint cycle to define clear acceptance criteria
Integrate comprehensive regression and API test suites directly into modern continuous integration pipelines
Identify potential security flaws, performance bottlenecks, and reliability gaps before code touches production
Mentor fellow engineers in quality practices while championing high engineering standards across the organization

Requirements

We value pragmatic problem solvers who understand that financial applications require meticulous attention to detail. To thrive here, you should bring the following background and skills

Extensive professional experience as a quality engineer, preferably within fintech, payments, or high traffic digital products
Demonstrated expertise writing automated tests using frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium
Strong coding ability in modern languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
Solid grasp of REST APIs, distributed microservices, and database querying with SQL
Practical experience configuring and managing CI and CD workflows
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, along with the self drive needed for distributed asynchronous teamwork
