You will jump straight into our global mission to transform how the world learns, helping educational institutions and major enterprises see the value of our modern learning platform. This is a 100% remote role open to talented professionals anywhere in the world.

As our Senior Proposal Manager, you will serve as the strategic engine behind our response process. You will lead cross-functional teams through tight timelines, shape compelling narratives, and turn intricate technical capabilities into persuasive, learner-centric proposals. Key Responsibilities

Your day to day focus will center on driving end to end proposal execution across global markets

Lead the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and unsolicited bids from initial intake through final submission
Partner closely with sales leaders, solutions engineers, legal advisors, and product teams to define win themes and clear value propositions
Write, edit, and polish clear, persuasive copy that answers client questions while highlighting D2L differentiators
Facilitate strategy sessions, kick-off calls, and review checkpoints to keep stakeholders aligned and on schedule
Maintain and expand our proposal content repository to ensure messaging stays fresh, accurate, and consistent
Analyze submission outcomes to pinpoint process improvements and elevate our overall win rate

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring substantial proposal leadership and a sharp editorial eye

Demonstrated background managing complex software or technology proposals from start to finish
Exceptional project management abilities, especially when handling competing deadlines across multiple time zones
Superb written communication skills with a proven talent for translating technical jargon into plain, compelling language
Comfort working with executive stakeholders and guiding subject matter experts through rapid review cycles
Strong proficiency with RFP automation software and collaborative workspace tools
Prior background within the educational technology sector or enterprise SaaS space is highly preferred
