Overview

Workiy Inc. is actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager (IT) to play a pivotal role in our ambitious enterprise-level messaging modernization initiative. This is a truly global, fully remote position, open to talented professionals from anywhere in the world. You will be instrumental in the planning, coordination, thorough documentation, and seamless delivery of multiple complex projects spanning Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft 365, Cloud technologies, and foundational IT infrastructure. Your journey will take these projects from their initial analysis phase all the way through successful implementation. Expect to collaborate extensively with business and IT leadership, project sponsors, dedicated technical teams, external vendors, and a wide array of stakeholders, all while ensuring every project aligns perfectly with our strategic organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and meticulously coordinate the completion of intricate IT projects.
Develop comprehensive project charters, detailed business plans, robust project plans, realistic schedules, accurate budgets, and effective resource plans.
Clearly define project objectives, establish project scope, outline key assumptions, set realistic timelines, identify critical dependencies, anticipate potential risks, and specify tangible deliverables.
Efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects, allocate project resources wisely, oversee vendor relationships, and ensure strong project governance frameworks are in place.
Proactively identify, thoroughly analyze, continuously monitor, and effectively mitigate project risks.
Develop and diligently maintain detailed project schedules and comprehensive work plans.
Gather and meticulously document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable project tasks.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you will bring a robust set of skills and experiences, including:

Extensive proven experience, typically 8+ years, in IT project management, particularly with enterprise-level initiatives.
Demonstrated success leading and coordinating the completion of complex IT projects from conception to deployment.
Deep expertise in developing comprehensive project documentation, encompassing project charters, detailed business plans, robust project plans, realistic schedules, accurate budgets, and strategic resource plans.
A strong ability to clearly define project objectives, establish project scope, outline key assumptions, set realistic timelines, identify critical dependencies, anticipate potential risks, and specify tangible deliverables.
A proven track record of efficiently managing multiple concurrent projects, optimizing project resource allocation, overseeing vendor relationships, and ensuring strong project governance frameworks are consistently applied.
Exceptional proficiency in identifying, thoroughly analyzing, continuously monitoring, and effectively mitigating project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Advanced skill in developing and diligently maintaining detailed project schedules and comprehensive work plans.
Superb communication and interpersonal skills, essential for collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership and external vendors.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Microsoft 365, Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), and general IT infrastructure projects is highly desirable.
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is a significant advantage.
