Key Responsibilities

Direct and oversee all operational aspects of clinical trials to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors, building strong relationships and providing regular updates on study progress.
Lead cross functional teams across biostatistics, programming, data management, and site operations to achieve project milestones.
Develop comprehensive study management plans, risk assessment strategies, and mitigation pathways.
Monitor study performance metrics and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks or compliance issues.
Ensure all trial activities comply with ICH guidelines, GCP, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare discipline, with advanced degrees preferred.
Extensive professional experience in clinical project management within a CRO or pharmaceutical setting.
Demonstrated success in managing global clinical trials across multiple phases.
Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements, clinical operations, and data management workflows.
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate remote, cross functional teams.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and problem solving abilities.
