You will oversee multi-project portfolios focused on data collection, labeling, and evaluation while making sure our capacity planning and vendor management hum along smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute complex project portfolios from start to finish, managing priorities and handoffs seamlessly across global time zones.
Drive delivery and scale through smart process automation and hands-on vendor management.
Maintain rigorous quality standards across all programs by partnering closely with our Senior Quality Analyst to drive continuous performance improvements.
Oversee governance and reporting by leading status cadences, managing risks, and delivering executive updates.
Align scope and budget directly with account and operations leaders to keep everything on track.

Requirements

Proven experience managing large portfolios of projects in a fast-paced technology or operations environment.
Strong background in capacity planning, vendor management, and implementing process automation.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to coordinate work across multiple time zones.
