Role Overview

As our Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the essential bridge between our creative design vision and the physical reality of luxury spaces. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of residential and commercial projects across Lagos, ensuring that every detail—from the initial blueprint to the final finishing touch—is executed to our uncompromising quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full scope of interior fit-out projects, from initial planning and resource allocation to final delivery.
Financial & Operational Oversight: Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and handle contract variations while maintaining strict adherence to timelines.
Quality Control: Act as the final gatekeeper for quality, ensuring all work meets design specifications. If you have an 'eagle eye' for detail, this is the environment where your skills will be truly valued.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for our prestigious clients and lead coordination efforts between contractors, vendors, and internal design teams.
Compliance & Reporting: Maintain detailed project records, navigate Lagos State building codes, and provide senior management with transparent performance insights.

Who You Are

To succeed in this role, you bring more than just technical expertise; you bring leadership and resilience. We are looking for:

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, or Construction Management, with 7–10 years of total experience (at least 4 years in high-end fit-out/interior design). PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are a significant plus.
Technical Mastery: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
Leadership Skills: The ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, resolve disputes, and maintain composure under the pressure of tight deadlines.
Commercial Awareness: A cost-conscious mindset focused on balancing client satisfaction with firm profitability.
