Key Responsibilities

Own and maintain the strategic initiatives roadmap, including intake, prioritization, sequencing, and portfolio visibility aligned to company objectives.
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.
Partner closely with executive leadership to define initiative scope, success metrics, and overall strategic alignment.
Drive robust change management strategies, fostering adoption and sustainability of new processes and technologies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Program Manager, leading complex strategic initiatives and digital transformation efforts.
