Key Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and integration of the GitLab platform for enterprise clients, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
Provide expert technical guidance and best practices on DevSecOps workflows, SCM, CI/CD, and security scanning, tailored to client needs.
Conduct technical workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer to client teams, fostering self-sufficiency and deep understanding.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor, identifying client pain points and architecting solutions that leverage GitLab's capabilities.
Develop and contribute to technical documentation, playbooks, and methodologies to enhance our Professional Services offerings.
Collaborate closely with GitLab’s product, engineering, and sales teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, working alongside support and engineering teams to ensure client success.
Actively participate in the professional services community, sharing insights and continually improving team processes.

Requirements

Extensive experience working in a Professional Services or equivalent customer-facing technical consulting role, preferably with a DevSecOps platform.
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, including source code management (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
Proven expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code.
Strong proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Ruby, or Bash, alongside experience with configuration management tools.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage client expectations, and drive successful outcomes.
Problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
A continuous learning mindset and an eagerness to stay current with industry trends and GitLab product advancements.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
