Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the success of Grafana Cloud. Your core responsibilities will include:

Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and clearly articulates our unique value proposition.
Orchestrate and execute successful go to market strategies for new features, products, and solutions, ensuring strong market adoption.
Create impactful marketing content including presentations, whitepapers, blog posts, web copy, and sales collateral to support demand generation and sales enablement.
Equip our global sales teams with the tools, training, and resources they need to effectively communicate product value and close deals.
Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, understand customer needs, and inform product strategy.
Collaborate closely with product management, engineering, sales, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and cohesive execution.
Represent Grafana Labs as a product expert at industry events, webinars, and customer engagements.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings a wealth of experience and a passion for technology. Ideal candidates will possess:

More than 5 years of progressive experience in product marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS, cloud, or developer tools environment.
A proven track record of developing and executing successful go to market strategies for complex technical products.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify intricate technical concepts for various audiences.
Strong analytical abilities, comfortable with market research, competitive analysis, and data driven decision making.
The capability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic, and fully remote work setting.
Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively across cross functional teams.
Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.
Must be based in Spain.
