Key Responsibilities

Translate the Chief Product & Technology Officer's (CPTO) strategic vision into a concrete, scalable Data Product roadmap.
Pair strong product instincts with data-informed decision making to consistently deliver impactful results.
Co-create alongside engineering teams, actively participating in AI-driven development workflows.
Lead the evolution and expansion of Actian's next generation of Smart Data Products within our ecosystem.
Bridge the gap between high-level strategic objectives and detailed, agile technical implementation.
Pioneer new, innovative interactions between users and information through reliable and trustworthy AI agents.
Utilize Actian's robust Data Intelligence Platform as the core foundation for new product development.
Manage the product backlog with precision and a forward-thinking approach.

Requirements

To thrive in this exciting and challenging role, we are looking for a candidate who possesses:

Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally within data management, AI/ML products, or enterprise software.
A deep understanding of the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning and conceptualization to execution and market launch.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex, high-level strategic visions into clear, actionable product roadmaps and detailed specifications.
Hands-on experience working closely with engineering teams, with familiarity in AI-driven development workflows being a strong advantage.
