Key Responsibilities

Architect Financial Logic: Define and own the financial rules and logic for all new and existing Tabby products, ensuring accuracy and scalability for charging, settlements, accounting, and reporting.
Deep System Analysis: Conduct thorough system analysis to understand complex financial workflows, identify dependencies, and design robust solutions that meet both business and technical requirements.
Product Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap for the Financial Platform, aligning it with Tabby's overall strategic goals and growth objectives.
Technical & Business Alignment: Bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, translating complex financial requirements into actionable specifications for engineering teams.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, finance, legal, risk, and other product teams to ensure seamless integration and successful product launches.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve complex financial and technical challenges, iterating on solutions to optimize performance and user experience.
Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions, measure impact, and identify areas for improvement within the financial platform.
Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all financial product features and processes adhere to relevant financial regulations and compliance standards across different operating regions.

Requirements

Proven Product Leadership: Several years of experience as a Senior Technical Product Manager, ideally within the FinTech, payments, or banking sectors.
System Analysis Expertise: A demonstrably strong background in system analysis, capable of dissecting intricate financial systems and designing scalable solutions.
Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of core financial concepts including accounting principles, payment processing, ledger systems, and financial reporting.
