Gigawatt AI is revolutionizing the utility sector with our AI-native meter-to-cash platform. Our mission is to evolve the traditional Customer Information System (CIS) from a mere system of record into a dynamic system of intelligence. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Revenue team, a pivotal group focused on this transformation. This role puts you at the heart of rethinking the meter usage ingest process completely, from the initial meter reading all the way to a customer’s cash payment.

Your work will involve owning how meter data is meticulously captured, rigorously validated, and precisely converted into accurate billing determinants. Furthermore, you will enable our platform to intelligently utilize this rich data to power everything from flexible rates and innovative programs to targeted marketing campaigns and advanced data science initiatives. The ultimate goal is to empower utilities to serve their customers better than ever before. Succeeding here means enabling utilities to bill accurately, at scale, with full auditability. Any misstep can disrupt the entire downstream process. This is a rare, early-stage opportunity where you will build foundational elements. Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for Gigawatt AI’s meter usage ingest process.
Define and own the capture, validation, and transformation of raw meter data into precise billing determinants.
Empower the platform to leverage meter data intelligently, enhancing capabilities for rates, customer programs, marketing efforts, and data science applications.
Ensure the development of a billing system that is accurate, scalable, and fully auditable for utility operations.
Partner closely with utility subject matter experts, metering professionals, and our innovative AI engineering team.
Collaborate on defining robust processes for meter data ingestion and reconciliation across various data sources.
Drive product evolution in an early-stage environment, embracing ambiguity and expanding your ownership across the meter-to-cash platform over time.

Requirements

Significant experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a senior capacity, building complex enterprise software solutions.
Proven background in the utility sector, particularly with an understanding of meter data management (MDM) systems, smart metering, or utility billing processes.
Deep understanding of the entire meter-to-cash lifecycle and its challenges.
Comfort and proven success in ambiguous, fast-paced, and early-stage product development environments.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts and industry nuances into clear product requirements.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across engineering, design, and business teams, as well as external stakeholders.
