Key Responsibilities

Define the strategic product direction and develop comprehensive roadmaps for margin financing, securities lending, and critical clearing and settlement systems within our core trading infrastructure.
Lead the architectural design and evolution of our clearing and settlement systems, encompassing trade clearing, position and balance settlement, multilateral netting, intricate fee and interest settlement, and rigorous reconciliation processes.
Continuously enhance and optimize our core margin systems, addressing areas like collateral valuation methodologies, cross and isolated margin logic, accurate interest accrual mechanisms, efficient borrow and lend workflows, and robust liquidation handling protocols.
Drive the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept and detailed specification to development, launch, and ongoing iteration, ensuring a world-class user and operational experience.
Collaborate closely with engineering, legal, compliance, risk, and other cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and scalable solutions.
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities and potential risks for our margin and settlement products.
Champion a data-driven approach, utilizing analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions and measure impact.

Requirements

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in product management, with a significant focus on financial services, trading systems, or core infrastructure.
Deep expertise and a proven track record in developing and managing products related to margin trading, securities lending, clearing, settlement, or treasury operations.
Strong technical acumen, capable of engaging in architectural discussions and understanding complex system interdependencies.
Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems and propose practical, innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of articulating vision and strategy to diverse audiences, from engineers to executives.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related technical field. A Master's degree is a plus.
