As our Senior Product Manager for Field AI, you will champion the forward looking technology that integrates artificial intelligence directly into the daily operations of our field teams. This unique position stands at the fascinating intersection of the physical and digital worlds. Your primary users will be our Superintendents and Direct Construction Operators (DCOs) working tirelessly on job sites, and your product scope will encompass the technological solutions that empower them.

Key Responsibilities

Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI powered products specifically designed for construction field operations.
Conduct deep user research and empathize with Superintendents and DCOs to uncover their critical pain points and opportunities for AI driven solutions.
Translate complex user needs and business objectives into clear, detailed product requirements and user stories for engineering teams.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and operations teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration.
Prioritize product features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and alignment with company goals.
Champion the adoption of new AI tools by ensuring they are intuitive, reliable, and directly address the challenges faced by our field users.
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on solutions to continuously improve the effectiveness and value of our Field AI offerings.
Stay informed about emerging AI technologies and construction industry trends to identify new opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

At least five years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on AI or machine learning powered products.
Demonstrated ability to develop and launch successful products that bridge the gap between software and physical world applications.
Strong technical aptitude, comfortable engaging in discussions about AI algorithms, data pipelines, and system architectures.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Proven ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Experience working with or understanding the needs of users in field operations, logistics, or construction environments is highly advantageous.
