We are searching for a Senior Product Manager to treat our rich collaboration data as a first class product in its own right, giving administrators the exact insights they need to prove ROI and drive adoption across thousands of seats. Overview
You will sit at the intersection of data engineering, analytics, and enterprise customer experience. Your mission starts upstream by defining the core metrics that describe how Mural creates value for users. You will establish a shared foundation that powers internal product decisions, the customer facing Insights experience, and advanced reporting APIs and server architectures queried by both humans and AI agents.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and champion the metrics that measure how Mural delivers enterprise value.
- Build the roadmap for data products that feed admin insights, reporting APIs, and automated query tools.
- Partner closely with data engineering and analytics teams to scale our modern data platform.
- Translate complex enterprise data needs into intuitive, secure, and actionable experiences.
- Empower the world's largest organizations to govern their collaboration environments and scale adoption successfully.
Requirements
- Extensive background in product management focusing on data products, analytics, or enterprise platforms.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with data engineers and data scientists to ship scalable solutions.
- Deep understanding of enterprise admin needs, security requirements, and data consumption habits.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to turn complex datasets into clear product narratives.
- Comfort working asynchronously in a globally distributed remote environment.
