Overview

In this role, you will take the lead on identifying innovative initiatives for our collision products. You will act as the voice of our users, ensuring that our roadmap directly addresses real world challenges in the automotive repair marketplace. Because this position is fully remote, you have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world while collaborating with top tier global manufacturers, dealers, and repair shops.

Key Responsibilities

Drive comprehensive market research initiatives including customer surveys, competitive analysis, and strategic debriefs to shape the product roadmap.
Conduct deep discovery sessions with key stakeholders and customers to uncover marketplace needs and guide feature prioritization.
Translate raw data and Voice of the Customer insights into actionable strategies that elevate the user experience.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams to define and execute the product strategy for collision solutions.

Requirements

Extensive background in product management, preferably within software solutions, automotive tech, or related industries.
Proven track record of conducting user research, analyzing data, and turning insights into successful product roadmaps.
