Overview

As our Senior Product Manager for the Clinical Platform, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution of the software and workflows used daily by doctors, coaches, and clinical experts. You will translate complex medical and technological needs into intuitive, scalable products that directly drive life-changing health outcomes for our members. Your work will bridge the gap between cutting-edge artificial intelligence and human-centered clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the product roadmap for the clinical platform in close partnership with medical, engineering, and design teams.
Discover deep user insights by working directly with clinicians and care team members to identify operational bottlenecks and unmet needs.
Translate ambiguous health tech challenges into clear, actionable requirements and prioritize features that maximize clinical efficiency and member impact.
Drive end-to-end product delivery from initial concept and design through rigorous testing, launch, and post-release metric tracking.
Establish success metrics and key performance indicators to measure the clinical and operational value delivered by your platform features.

Requirements

Extensive product management experience building complex software platforms, ideally within digital health, clinical workflows, or healthcare tech.
A deep empathy for users, paired with a strong data-driven mindset and the ability to balance qualitative feedback with quantitative metrics.
Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills with a proven track record of inspiring engineering and design teams to ship high-quality products.
Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities that enable you to align diverse stakeholders from medical doctors to software developers.
