Key Responsibilities

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a critical area of Hornblower's digital platforms, focusing on enhancing customer experience, optimizing booking flows, or improving operational efficiency.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and gather deep customer insights to pinpoint compelling opportunities and address unmet needs.
Translate complex user needs and ambitious business goals into precise product requirements, user stories, and clear acceptance criteria.
Collaborate seamlessly with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.
Prioritize features and initiatives strategically, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and overarching strategic alignment.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), meticulously analyzing product performance, and iterating based on data-driven insights.
Act as an advocate for a user-centric design approach, ensuring every digital interaction delivers a seamless, intuitive, and truly delightful experience for our customers.

Requirements

5+ years of progressive experience in product management, ideally within the travel, hospitality, e-commerce, or a related digital-first industry.
A proven track record of successfully launching, scaling, and optimizing digital products that deliver significant business value.
Strong grasp of agile development methodologies and experience working effectively within fast-paced, iterative environments.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
The ability to think strategically, define ambitious goals, and execute tactically with attention to detail.
A data-driven mindset, comfortable with analytics tools and using insights to inform product decisions.
Experience collaborating effectively with diverse, geographically distributed teams.
