RevenueCat provides essential infrastructure and tools for app businesses to build, run, and improve their monetization strategies. We've become the default monetization platform for mobile apps since our start in Y Combinator's S18 batch. Our platform is utilized by more than half of newly launched subscription apps, handling over $16 billion in annual purchase volume. We empower a diverse range of clients, from individual developers to major players like the OpenAI mobile team, helping them gain insights and expand their revenue streams.

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager, Analytics Features to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the development and enhancement of our core analytics offerings, providing crucial insights that enable our customers to make data-driven decisions and optimize their app monetization.

Key Responsibilities

Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for RevenueCat's analytics features, aligning with overall company goals and market needs.
Conduct deep customer research, analyzing user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
Translate complex user needs and business opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering, design, and data science teams.
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and iteration, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, impactful features.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
Monitor and analyze the performance of launched features, using data to inform future product decisions and measure the impact on customer success and business growth.
Act as a subject matter expert on app monetization analytics, educating internal teams and external stakeholders.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on analytics, business intelligence, or data products.
Proven track record of shipping successful products that deliver measurable value to users and businesses.
Strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems, subscription models, and monetization strategies.
Excellent analytical skills, comfortable with data interpretation, A/B testing, and using metrics to drive product decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
Experience working effectively in a remote-first environment.
A self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
Technical fluency, able to engage in technical discussions with engineering teams.
