As our Senior Product Manager for the AI Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in evolving our platform, building intelligent solutions that streamline operations, and ultimately creating unparalleled client experiences. This is a fully remote position, open to candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Define, own, and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our AI Receptionist capabilities, aligning it with Boulevard's overall business objectives.
Lead the full product lifecycle for AI-driven features, from ideation and discovery through development, launch, and post-launch iteration.
Conduct extensive market research, competitor analysis, and deep customer understanding to identify unmet needs and opportunities for AI innovation.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to deliver high-quality, impactful products.
Translate complex user needs and technical capabilities into clear, concise product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on strategic impact, technical feasibility, and business value.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, deriving insights to inform future product decisions and optimize existing features.
Act as a subject matter expert and evangelist for the AI Receptionist product, both internally and externally.

Requirements

You possess significant product management experience, with at least 5+ years focused on shipping successful AI/ML-powered products or features within a SaaS environment.
A strong understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning techniques, and their practical application in customer-facing products.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically, define product vision, and execute tactically to achieve business goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and articulating complex ideas clearly.
Proven track record of driving product growth and user adoption.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, making data-driven decisions, and thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Experience working with globally distributed, cross-functional teams is a plus.
