Our Shopping team is at the forefront of a significant company bet, driving our dynamic product ads (DPA) vertical, which is growing at an incredible pace. This team owns the entire journey: from how advertisers present products to how Reddit users engage with purchasing decisions. Our approach leans heavily on Reddit's unique strength, authentic, community generated content. The Product Catalog serves as the foundational, single source of truth for all product data, powering every paid and organic shopping product we offer, including our innovative Product Knowledge Graph (PKG). This is an opportunity to define and scale a critical asset, turning it into a competitive advantage for Reddit.

Key Responsibilities

Here's what you'll be doing in this pivotal role:

Define, own, and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Reddit's Product Catalogs and Applied Product Knowledge Graph.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, sales, and marketing teams to deliver high quality, impactful products.
Conduct in depth market research, competitive analysis, and user understanding to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear, concise product specifications and user stories.
Drive product launches, working hand in hand with cross functional teams to ensure successful adoption and impact.
Monitor, analyze, and report on product performance metrics, leveraging data to iterate and optimize catalog efficacy and data quality.
Act as a subject matter expert for product catalog capabilities and their application across paid and organic shopping experiences.
Champion the voice of both advertisers and Reddit users, ensuring our catalog solutions meet diverse needs.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who brings:

6+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion focused on advertising products, e commerce, or data platforms.
Demonstrated experience owning and scaling product catalogs, data feeds, or similar large scale data infrastructure.
Proven ability to define product strategy, craft detailed roadmaps, and execute complex technical products from conception to launch.
Strong technical acumen, capable of engaging in deep discussions with engineering teams about data models, APIs, and system architecture.
Excellent analytical skills; you're comfortable defining metrics, running experiments, and making data driven decisions.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Experience working in an agile development environment.
