Overview

In this role, you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for ads quality across our advertising network. You will partner closely with world class engineering, data science, and design teams to build ranking, relevance, and measurement systems that balance user experience with advertiser ROI. Key Responsibilities

Define the multi year product roadmap for ads relevance, quality, and measurement.
Collaborate with machine learning engineers to build and refine ranking algorithms that improve ad relevance and user satisfaction.
Establish core metrics and monitoring systems to track ads quality, click through rates, and advertiser performance.
Partner with cross functional teams across engineering, data science, sales, and operations to launch new features smoothly.
Conduct user research and market analysis to identify emerging opportunities in the retail media space.

Requirements

Significant product management experience building machine learning or ads quality systems at scale.
Strong technical background with the ability to partner effectively with deep learning and data science teams.
Demonstrated success in translating ambiguous business problems into clear product strategies and roadmaps.
