Key Responsibilities

Own a core product area: Strategically evolve a meaningful segment of Blockworks' product portfolio, ensuring alignment with our overarching vision and market needs.
Lead and mentor a team: Manage, guide, and develop three Product Managers, fostering their growth and ensuring they deliver exceptional product outcomes.
Set high standards: Establish a high bar for product excellence, providing direct, constructive feedback that empowers your team to become stronger product leaders.
Stay customer-centric: Maintain an intimate connection with our customers, deeply understanding their needs and pain points to inform product development.
Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with our Design and Engineering teams, breaking down ambitious product initiatives into iterative, learning-focused releases.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience as a strong product leader, with a proven track record of directly building successful products.
Prior experience managing Product Managers, including setting performance expectations, delivering direct feedback, and developing talent.
A genuine passion for staying close to customers and deeply understanding their needs.
Proficiency in working collaboratively with Design and Engineering teams to define and execute product roadmaps effectively.
