The PMs who succeed in this new era do not simply manage tasks. Instead, they build the product with their own hands, day after day. A Senior Product Manager at ClickUp takes full ownership of a significant part of our platform. You will be accountable for its continuous improvement, deciding what to build and why, then rapidly constructing a working version.

Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of a core product surface, driving its vision, strategy, and roadmap from conception through launch and iteration.
Utilize AI tools like Cursor and Claude to rapidly prototype ideas, demonstrating concepts visually and interactively rather than just writing specifications.
Deeply analyze data and customer feedback, identifying problems and opportunities with a keen eye.
Bridge the gap between problem identification and solution deployment in days, not weeks, delivering tangible, impactful features quickly.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of high-quality products.
Champion the voice of the customer, conducting research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights that inform product decisions.
Define and track key metrics to measure product success, iterating based on performance and user feedback.
Act as a leader and mentor within the product team, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation and continuous learning.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience as a Senior Product Manager, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth technology company.
Proven ability to own and drive significant product areas, delivering measurable impact and innovation.
Strong fluency and practical experience leveraging AI tools and methodologies in your daily work, particularly for prototyping and problem-solving.
Exceptional data analysis skills, capable of drawing actionable insights from complex datasets.
A strong customer focus, with a track record of translating user needs into compelling product features.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
A proactive, hands-on builder mindset, eager to get into the details and create working solutions.
Ability to thrive in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and collaboration skills across time zones.
