Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Humana, you'll be instrumental in shaping the products our customers use every day. This pivotal role involves envisioning, developing, delivering, and carefully managing these essential offerings. We're looking for someone to provide crucial product leadership for Humana’s Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities, a key area as we advance our organization’s Agile transformation and standardize our product management roles. You'll ensure our MDM solutions are perfectly aligned with our strategic goals, well-governed, technically robust, and brought to life through close partnerships with our business, data, and technology stakeholders. This position is vital for maintaining dedicated product leadership within our Agile Release Trains, pushing forward consistent product management practices, and ultimately delivering scalable data capabilities that boost quality, enhance governance, improve integration, and create significant enterprise value.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the product strategy, develop roadmaps, and manage prioritization for our critical Master Data Management capabilities.
Skillfully translate diverse business needs into precise features, epics, clear requirements, and easily measurable outcomes that drive value.
Collaborate closely with business, data, and technology teams to ensure MDM solutions are strategically aligned and technically sound.
Drive the advancement of consistent product management practices across Agile Release Trains.
Ensure effective governance and high-quality delivery for all MDM initiatives.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience in a Senior Product Management role, especially with complex data-driven products or platforms.
Proven ability to lead product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization for Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities.
Experience translating intricate business needs into clear, actionable features, epics, and detailed requirements.
Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data integration principles.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile Release Trains.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing and collaborating across diverse teams.
A track record of evaluating variable factors in complex situations and providing in-depth analysis to guide product decisions.
