In this fully remote, worldwide opportunity, you will steer the product strategy for our customer engagement platform. Think CRM, email campaigns, automations, and transactional messaging that merchants rely on daily. You will report straight to our President and help shape the future of how millions of creators connect with their audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Own the global vision and execution roadmap for our unified customer engagement hub.
Transform existing communication tools into a best in class suite that rivals dedicated marketing platforms.
Drive product attach rates, lower merchant churn, and strengthen our position in service commerce.
Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and marketing leaders to ship impactful features.
Mentor and scale a high performing team of product managers focused on merchant growth.

Requirements

Extensive product management experience leading complex platform, CRM, or marketing tech products.
Proven track record of scaling consumer or B2B SaaS products on a global scale.
Strong strategic vision combined with a hands on approach to solving hard customer problems.
Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and inspiring top tier product teams.
Deep understanding of data advantages and how to leverage them for user engagement.
