We're on an ambitious journey to reach 100 million users, and then 500 million, guided by our proprietary moderation system, EverGuard, which ensures everything we build is safe, ethical, and human-first. You'll be joining a dynamic team of around 100 passionate individuals, led by founders with a proven track record of scaling web products from inception to IPO. Key Responsibilities

Leading the full design lifecycle from concept to launch, crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for our rapidly growing global user base.
Conducting in-depth user research, developing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that bring our vision to life.
Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and AI researchers to translate complex requirements into elegant, user-friendly solutions.
Championing a user-centered design approach, continuously advocating for our users' needs and ensuring their voices are heard throughout the development process.
Contributing to the evolution and consistency of our design system, setting standards for excellence and scalability.
Mentoring and guiding junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the team.
Ensuring all design decisions align with EverGuard's principles, upholding our commitment to safe, ethical, and human-first AI interactions.

Requirements

We are looking for an individual who is not just skilled, but truly passionate about the future of AI and user experience. To thrive in this role, you should possess:

A proven track record of at least 5+ years in product design, ideally with experience in AI/ML products or large-scale consumer platforms.
An exceptional portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver elegant, user-centric design solutions from concept through to implementation.
Expert proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
A deep understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
The ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fully remote environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for articulating design rationale clearly and persuasively to diverse stakeholders.
A genuine passion for artificial intelligence, ethical design practices, and creating truly impactful user experiences.
