Docplanner is a global leader in digital healthcare, connecting patients with doctors in 13 countries and serving over 90 million patients monthly. Our Feegow platform, a vital part of the Docplanner family, focuses on delivering cutting edge solutions for healthcare providers. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere in Brazil while collaborating with our diverse, international product and engineering teams. You will be instrumental in evolving our offerings, ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability and impact.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Designer for Feegow, you will be instrumental in shaping our product vision and execution. Your day to day will involve a range of exciting challenges and creative problem solving, including:

Lead the design process from concept to launch, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all Feegow products.
Conduct user research, including interviews, usability testing, and data analysis, to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into elegant design solutions.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design ideas and functionality.
Advocate for user centric design principles, fostering a culture of empathy and innovation within the team.
Contribute to and evolve our design system, maintaining consistency and efficiency across our product portfolio.
Mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and helping to elevate the overall design capability of the team.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, we are looking for a highly skilled individual who possesses:

Extensive experience as a Product Designer, with a strong focus on SaaS platforms or complex enterprise applications.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of designing successful digital products from concept to implementation.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Deep understanding of user centered design principles and methodologies.
Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods, and the ability to translate insights into actionable design strategies.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fluent in both Portuguese and English.
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
