Oura is seeking a seasoned Product Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating exceptional eCommerce B2B experiences that bolster our commercial relationships. This individual will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, designing intuitive and impactful solutions grounded in robust qualitative and quantitative data. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates worldwide, allowing you to contribute to our mission from wherever you thrive.

Key Responsibilities

Lead UX design for B2B web products and innovative systems that streamline the sales and management of bulk Oura Ring orders and companion services.
Architect scalable, customizable landing page templates tailored for our B2B partners, ensuring a seamless brand experience.
Develop intuitive user flows for various B2B interactions, including corporate purchasing, account management, and service subscriptions.
Translate complex business requirements into elegant, user-friendly design solutions that address core needs and enhance partner engagement.
Collaborate closely with cross functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and product management, to ensure design consistency and successful implementation.
Utilize research, data analysis, and user testing to validate design decisions and continuously iterate on product improvements.
Champion user centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Designer, with significant expertise in B2B eCommerce platforms and complex web based systems.
A strong portfolio showcasing your product design work, demonstrating your ability to solve challenging business problems with elegant design.
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Deep understanding of user centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design best practices.
Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data effectively, using insights to inform and validate design decisions.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with a track record of successfully engaging multiple stakeholders.
Self motivated and capable of working independently in a fast paced, remote environment.
