Key Responsibilities

Lead Transformative Initiatives: Spearhead enterprise-wide procurement systems, processes, digital transformation, and AI-driven projects.
Drive Strategic Alignment: Bridge the gap between business objectives and technological capabilities, ensuring our digital solutions actively contribute to strategic goals.
Pioneer Innovative Solutions: Design, implement, and govern advanced solutions that enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and guarantee compliance with rigorous enterprise standards.

Foster Scalable Automation: Enable the adoption of advanced analytics and AI, paving the way for scalable, intelligent automation across our procurement ecosystem.
Establish Governance and Best Practices: Develop and enforce governance frameworks for AI and digital technologies, promoting ethical, secure, and effective use.
Cultivate Collaboration: Work closely with diverse stakeholders, from business leaders to technology teams, ensuring successful project delivery and adoption.

Requirements

Experience in Digital Transformation: Demonstrated success in leading and implementing significant digital transformation initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
AI Implementation Expertise: Hands-on experience with AI adoption, including an understanding of machine learning principles, data governance, and ethical AI considerations.
Procurement Systems Knowledge: Deep familiarity with modern procurement technologies and platforms. Experience with systems like Zip, Icertis, Terzo.ai, or SpendHQ is highly valued.
